1942 Jefferson Nickel Type 2 ANACS Photoseal PR-65/65
At a recent major show, I was fortunate to buy a fresh group of coins housed in Vintage custom Capital Plastic and ANACS Photoseal Certificate holders. This group was owned by a collector who bought them back in 1987. I usually don’t handle coins that aren’t graded by PCGS or NGC, but I couldn’t pass this deal up. I have not tried to certify these coins at PCGS or NGC, and I am selling the coins as is. I hope you enjoy this group as much as I did. Please let me know if you have any questions.
A pleasing original proof War nickel. Jefferson nickels from 1942- 1945 were minted from copper and silver alloy because nickel was needed in WW2. The coin was graded by ANACS in a vintage Photoseal Certificate and mounted in a hard plastic holder for display. Registered to Investor Coin and graded on 1-10-86. A neat proof Jefferson with a fair asking price.
